I’t's me, Shieta, founder of The Sparkle Method and the heart behind Shieta Sparkles.For me, sparkle has never just been about glitter, fashion, beauty, or shine. Sparkle is how brightly your unique self comes alive within you-and how that light moves through the world. It is the part of you that still wants to be seen, expressed, celebrated, and alive — even after life has tried to dim it.

 

Shieta Sparkles began as a dream years ago. I imagined a space that felt bold, beautiful, feminine, a little edgy, a little luxurious, and completely full of personality. Black, pink, chandeliers, sparkle, confidence, creativity, and a whole lot of attitude. It was never meant to be plain. It was never meant to be corporate. It was always meant to feel like a place where women could come closer to themselves.

 

But like many dreams, it did not unfold in a straight line.

 

There were delays, detours, disappointments, health challenges, toxic environments, financial realities, reinventions, heartbreaks, hard lessons, and seasons where I had to rebuild more than once. There were moments when I questioned the dream, questioned myself, and wondered if the version of me I was trying to become still had a place in the world.

 

And somehow, through all of that, the sparkle never fully went out.

 

It changed.

 

It deepened.

 

It became less about looking shiny from the outside and more about learning how to come back to yourself from the inside.

That is how The Sparkle Method was born.

 

The Sparkle Method is a confidence and reinvention coaching space for women who are ready to ignite their sparkle, build their next version, and take up space in a way that feels true to them.

 

It is for the woman who has survived burnout, toxic workplaces, chronic illness, grief, ageism, life transitions, invisibility, or the quiet ache of knowing there is more in her than her current life is making room for.

 

It is also for the woman who may not be trying to “get back” to who she used to be — because maybe she was never fully given permission to become that woman in the first place.

 

Here, we make space for both.

 

The woman who lost her sparkle.

 

And the woman whose sparkle was never fully allowed to shine.

 

My work is about helping women reconnect with confidence, joy, presence, style, self-trust, and real-life participation — not in a perfect, polished, unrealistic way, but in a way that feels honest, accessible, and alive.

 

Through coaching, intimate circles, digital experiences, practical support, and real conversation, I help women begin creating a life they actually want to be seen living.

 

Because your sparkle is not silly.

 

Your joy is not extra.

 

Your presence is not too much.And your next version is allowed to take up space.
